1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the j7l platform — including but not limited to the website at j7l.bio, any mobile-optimized version thereof, or any associated application — you ("the Player," "you," or "User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and j7l ("the Company," "we," "us," or "j7l") governing your access to and use of j7l's online casino, sports betting, live dealer, bingo, and all other gaming services (collectively, "the Services") offered through the j7l platform.

3. Account Registration

To access j7l's real-money gaming Services, you must register a player account. The following rules govern account registration and management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one j7l account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity documents — is strictly prohibited. j7l's systems automatically detect duplicate registrations; any identified duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

j7l is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all account holders. By registering a j7l account, you agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys ID, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the past three months)
• Proof of ownership of any payment method registered on your j7l account
• Any additional documentation that j7l may reasonably require to comply with its regulatory obligations

j7l reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account access pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed. j7l may close accounts where requested KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable time.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

j7l processes deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Pesos (₱) through the payment methods available on the platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select over-the-counter channels including 7-Eleven. The following terms govern financial transactions on j7l:

• All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• j7l reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification completion, satisfactory wagering requirement fulfilment on any active bonuses, and j7l's standard security review procedures.
• j7l aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional security review is required.
• j7l does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits that have not been used in any real-money game within 90 days may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as detailed in j7l's fee schedule, available on request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of your relationship with j7l
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using any software, algorithm, or system designed to exploit vulnerabilities in j7l's games or platform
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity through j7l's platform
• Holding or operating multiple j7l accounts simultaneously
• Allowing or facilitating access to your j7l account by any person under 21 years of age
• Accessing j7l's Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits through your payment provider in bad faith

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension and Termination

j7l reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of promotional offers
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe

Upon account closure for cause, j7l may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation of the conduct that led to closure. Where account closure results from a player's own voluntary request and no breach of these Terms exists, j7l will process any remaining verified balance to the player's registered payment method following applicable security procedures.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, j7l's total liability to any player arising from or related to the use of j7l's Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to j7l in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j7l shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of j7l's Services or your inability to access the platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

j7l does not guarantee that its platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure. j7l takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access under all circumstances.

12. Amendments and Governing Law

j7l reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through prominent notice on the j7l platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of j7l's Services following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your j7l account and cease use of the Services. Pending balances will be returned to your registered payment method in accordance with j7l's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the satisfactory completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC obligations.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through j7l's internal complaints procedure or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
